Insurance Should Be Covered Even While Overhauling The Motor At Vendors Workshop) Dismantled And Physically Inspect. Stator Winding Steam Wash, Oven Dry And Apply Anti-Tracking Varni Sh. Rotor Steam Washed And Oven Dried. Check De And Nde Bearing Housing Dimension And Carryout Machining If It Is Out Of Tolerance. Casting De Inner Bearing Cap & Retainer If Required. Repair De Rotor Shaft Bearing Journal If It Is Out Of Tolerance. Check Trueness Of Rotor Shaft. Replace The Bearing At Both Sides (Provided By Dewa) Carryout The Dynamic Balancing Of Rotor And Submit The Report. Vendor Must Quote Separately For Each Line Items And The Payment Will Be Claimed As Per The Actual Work Done On The Motor As Per Li Ne Item. Replace The Acoustic Insulation.
