G) Construction Of Drainage, I.E. Construction Of Street Inlets With A Sedimentation Tank Fi 800, Concrete Inspection Wells Fi 100 With Chimneys Leading To The Sidewalk Surface And Installation Of Cast Iron Manholes Dn400, Construction Of Branches From The Inspection Well Made Of Drainage Pipes Fi 400 Sn8 With A Length Of Approx. 12 M Laid In A 31/63 Mm Crushed Aggregate Envelope Wrapped In Geotextile. H) As Part Of The Investment, The Height Of All Infrastructure Elements Should Be Adjusted, I.E. Valve Boxes, Gates And Hydrants Appearing In The Planned Surface Of Sidewalks And Exits. The Adjustment Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Network Operator. 5) The Ordering Party Informs That Settlement Will Be In The Form Of Estimated Remuneration. The Remuneration Will Be Calculated As The Product Of The Gross Price Given In The Offer Form And The Work Actually Performed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Gross Price For: 1) Installation Of 1 Meter Of Concrete Curbs 8X30x100 Cm On A Bench With A Reinforcement Made Of C12/15 Cement Concrete, Together With The Material And Demolition Of The Existing Edges, 2) Installation Of 1 Linear Meter Of A Concrete Curb 15X30x100 Cm On A Bench With Abutment, 3) Construction Of 1 M 2 Of Paving Stones Of Variable Width, Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, On A Cement And Sand Ballast Of 1:5 Thickness, Min. 3 Cm Including Sub-Base And Channeling 4) Construction Of 1 M 2 Individual/Public Exits With Variable Width - Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes On A Cement And Sand Ballast With A Thickness Of Min. 4 Cm Of Paving Stones With Substructure And Gutters 5) Construction Of 1 Piece Of Drainage, I.E. Street Inlet, Inspection Well, Drainage Pipes, Crushed Aggregate Placed In Geotextile, 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Inventory, 6) After Handing Over The Construction Site The Contractor Takes Responsibility For Its Proper Protection, Which Is Tantamount To Its Proper Protection And Maintenance Also In The Winter And Protection Of The Commenced Works Against Degradation; 7) Before Introducing Traffic Organization, The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The District Traffic Engineer About This Fact, 8) The Work Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Relevant Regulations And Work Safety Instructions When Performing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, Obtain Appropriate Approval And Introduce Temporary 5 Organization Traffic During Construction. After The Works Are Completed, The Contractor Will Introduce Permanent Traffic Organization. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Demolition Materials On His Own, 10) After The Works Are Completed, The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation, Which Will Include, Among Others: - Test Results, - Certificates, - Declarations Compliance, − Photographic Documentation, − Documents Indicated In The Design Documentation As Required For Acceptance Of The Works, − Document Confirming The Submission Of The As-Built Inventory (After Receiving The Geodetic As-Built Inventory, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Original To The Ordering Party) − Declaration Of Construction Management, − Other Documents Indicated By The Ordering Party,
