Objective Of Procurement The Kainuu Welfare Area, The Municipality Of Hyrynsalmi, The City Of Kuhmo And The Municipality Of Ristijärvi (Hereafter Also The Procurement Units) Are Requesting A Bid For Meals And Cleaning Services In Accordance With The Procurement Notice Published On The Hilmailmoitus Channel, As Well As This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The City Of Kuhmo Also Requests A Cleaning Service Offer For The Premises Of Its Subsidiaries Tervaasunnot Oy And Kuhmon Lämpö Oy. The Goal Is To Acquire Appropriate Services At A Competitive Price. 2. Object Of Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Meal And Cleaning Services Of The Municipality Of Hyrynsalmi, The City Of Kuhmo And Ristijärvi, As Well As The Meal And Cleanliness Services Of The Kainuu Welfare Area In The Area Of ​​The Following Municipalities: Kajaani City, Sotkamo Municipality, Kuhmo City, Paltamo Municipality, Hyrynsalmi Municipality, Ristijärvi Municipality And Suomussalmi Municipality. If Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Tender Documents, The Terms Of Jyse 2022 (General Contract Terms Of Public Procurement In Service Procurement) Will Be Followed In This Procurement. 3. Contract Period The Service Contracts Between The Procurement Units And The Service Provider That Won This Tender Are Valid For A Fixed Period Of Five (5) Years Starting On February 1, 2024. After The Actual Contract Period, The Parties Have The Right To Extend The Contract Period With Two (2) Two (2) Year Option Periods. The Implementation Of The Option Is Jointly Agreed Between The Selected Service Provider And The Procurement Units.
