The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Design, Execution, Initial Assembly, Commissioning Of The Test Stand And Theoretical And Practical Training Of The Employers Employees In The Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Carried Out At The Contractors Headquarters; 2) Disassembly Of The Subject Of The Order Into Parts, Packing In A Way That Protects Against Damage And Enables Its Safe Transport And Storage; 3) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Seat Of The Ordering Party: Campus Of Gda sk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering, Ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gda sk And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Costs Of Transport, Packaging And Insurance For The Time Of Transport And Delivery In The Above-Mentioned Place Until It Is Collected By The Employer Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
