For The Objects: [1] New Extension To The Art Casting Museum [2] Conversion/Renovation Of The Peace Memorial Church [3] Renovation Of The Facades Of The Bio-Towers [4] New Info Box [5] Conversion/Renovation Of The Activated Sludge Basin Into A World Of Experience The Following Planning Services Are Assigned To A Suitable Planning Team Of Architects And Structural Engineers. This Can Act As An Applicant/Bidder Consortium Or As A Main Contractor And Subcontractor. It Is Also Conceivable To Outsource The Services To A Planning Office That Can Provide The Two Planning Services Advertised Independently. Service Module A: Planning Services In The Scope Of Services For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §§ 33 Et Seq. Hoai In Connection With Annex 10 Hoai In Service Phases 1 To 9. The Following Are To Be Offered As Special Services In Accordance With Hoai: The Necessary Geg Evidence, Fire Protection Planning, Demolition Planning For The Barracks On The Site Of The Art Casting Museum And The Presentation Of The Planning In The City Committees (4 Appointments Of 2 Hours Each) Service Module B: Planning Services In The Scope Of Services For Structural Design In Accordance With §§ 49 Et Seq. Hoai 2021 In Connection With Annex 14 Hoai. The Following Are To Be Offered As Special Services In Accordance With Hoai: Engineering Control Of The Execution Of The Supporting Structure For Compliance With The Tested Static Documents And Participation In The Monitoring Of The Execution Of The Structural Interventions During Conversions And Modernizations. Planning Services Are Awarded In Stages. First, Work Phases 1 And 2 Are Commissioned. The Further Service Phases Are Commissioned Depending On The Planning Result, The Approval Of Funding, The Existence Of Necessary Committee Resolutions And Any Official Approvals. There Is No Entitlement To This Further Assignment, The Retrieval Is Carried Out By The Client. In The Case Of Retrieval, The Provision Of Services Is Obligatory. The Demanding Project Is Supported By Funds From The Funding Guidelines For Structural Development In The Lusatian Lignite Mining Area. The Funding Places Special Demands On Sustainability And Environmental Protection. Corresponding Conditions And Goals Must Be Taken Into Account During Planning. For This Reason, Innovative Approaches Are Required For Topics Such As Thermal Insulation, Drainage, Energy Supply And Rainwater Use.
