The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products To The Canteen Of The Boarding School Of The Technical And It School Complex In Gliwice At Ul. Krakusa 16 Divided Into Packages: Part 1 - Package No. 1: - Delivery Of General Groceries. A Detailed Description Of Food Products Along With The Amount Of Demand Has Been Described In The Assortment And Quantity Lists, In The Price Form Attached As Appendix 4 To The Tor (Appendix 4A - Delivery Of General Foodstuffs). Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs, By Transport At The Suppliers Expense With Unloading And Bringing The Goods To The Place Of Delivery Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Partial Orders, Including: General Groceries - On Average About Four Times A Week From 7.00 - 9.00. The Contractor Provides First-Class Quality Products, Fresh, Polish, And With Current Best-Before Dates. The Supplied Food Products Must Meet All The Required Sanitary And Hygienic Standards. Have A Certificate Of Quality And Expiration Dates Of Their Consumption. Packaging Of Food Products Supplied By The Contractor Must Be Marked With A Visible Best-Before Date. The Best-Before Date/Date Of Minimum Durability Of Food Products At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party May Not Be Shorter Than ¾ Of The Period In Which The Goods Remain Edible, Clearly Specified On The Packaging Or In The Polish Standard. Changing The Grammage Of Packaging Of Delivered Food Products May Take Place After Agreement And Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Unit Prices Of Products With Changed Grammage Will Be Recalculated In Proportion To The Prices Given In The Suppliers Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Document Certifying The Fulfillment Of The Hygienic Conditions For The Transport Of Specific Foodstuffs Specified By Law. The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Canteen To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party With Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, And To Respond Flexibly To The Increased Or Decreased Needs Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Given Assortment Or The Entire Delivery. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Food Products To The Ordering Partys Seat With Its Own Transport While Maintaining The Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With The Act Of October 8, 2020. On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws No. 2020, Item 2021.) And Other Currently Applicable Laws Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. In The Case Of Offering Products From Organic Farming (Price Form - Column (9) Of Annex 4 To The Swz), The Delivered Goods Should Be Labeled With The Term: Organic/Bio/Eco/Organic Or Other Compliant With The Regulations National And Community Ones Marked With A Green Leaf With The Identification Number Of The Certification Body. The Cost Of Delivery Must Be Included In The Offered Unit Prices Of The Products.
