Bids Are Invited For Maintenance Conservation And Technical Modifications To Every Event Of The Traffic Light Network Of The Municipality Of Puerto Varas
The Illustrious Municipality Of Puerto Varas Requires Contracting A Supply Agreement For Maintenance And Conservation Of Puerto Varas Traffic Signals In Order To Comply With The Provisions Of Article 94 Of Law No. 18,290, Traffic Law, Which Provides For The Responsibility Of The Municipalities In The Installation And Maintenance Of Traffic Signaling, Except In The Case Of Roads Whose Installation And Maintenance Corresponds To The Ministry Of Public Works, Through A Supply Agreement, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Established In These Bases Administrative, Technical Requirements And Annexes That Are Part Of Them And The Clarifications That Are Made To Them. The Contracting System Will Be Tendered In A Public Proposal And Published On The Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl.
