The Project Is Co-Financed In The Program Of The National Recovery Plan As Part Of The Challenge Circular Solutions In Enterprises Challenge I. Project Name: Acquisition Of Technology For Processing By-Products From The Production Of Bubble Wrap, Project Registration Number: Cz.31.5.0/0.0/0.0/22_010/0004488. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Divide The Public Contract Into Individual Parts Among Several Participants. The Contract Is Divided Into Part 1, Part 2 And Part 3 In Accordance With § 35 Of The Public Procurement Act. Bids May Be Submitted For The Entire Contract Or For Its Individual Parts, Following The Breakdown Below. Each Part Will Be Evaluated Separately. The Order Is Divided Into The Following 3 Parts: 1) Part 1: Recycling Line With Cleaning 2) Part 2: Bubble Wrap Line 3) Part 3: The Bagger The Participant Can Submit An Offer For One Of These 3 Parts Of The Contract, Possibly For Two Parts Of The Contract Or For All Parts Of The Contract. Within Each Part Of The Contract, The Participant Must Always Be Offered Complete Fulfillment Of Part Of The Contract. The Technical Parameters Are Set With The Fact That The Contracting Authority Allows Their Modification While Maintaining The Principle That Performance And Range Parameters Are Set As Minimum And Power, Size And Weight Parameters As Maximum, Unless Something Else Is Stated For A Specific Parameter, With A Tolerance So That The Device Could Be Installed In The Location Designated For This Device.
