Cl 9: The Sludge Platform At The Wastewater Treatment Plant In The City Of Vanju Mare And The Sludge Line At The Treatment Plant In The Municipality Of Drobeta Turnu Severin. The Works Contract Includes Design And Execution For The Sludge Platform At The Sewage Treatment Plant In The City Of Vanju Mare And The Sludge Line At The Treatment Plant In Drobeta Turnu Severin Municipality. The Works Include: 1.1 The Sludge Line Within The Existing Treatment Station Drobeta Turnu Severin 1.2 Sludge Platform At The Wastewater Plant In The City Of Vanju Mare, Interior Fitting Administrative Building And Development Of The Zone Dispatcher In The Framework Of The Administrative Building Of The Vanju Mare Wastewater Plant A) The Design Activities Refer To The Detailed Technical Project For The Sludge Drying Plant. The Project Will Include, Among Other Things, All The Necessary Documents (Such As Expertise, Reports, Drawings, Calculations, Etc.) For The Elaboration Of The Technical Project In Accordance With The National Legislation And Any Documentation Necessary For Obtaining Construction Permits. B) Elaboration Of The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Authorizations And Approvals Necessary For The Execution. C) Construction Works. D) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment. E) Supply And Installation Of Laboratory Equipment F) Testing And Commissioning. G) Realization Of All The Necessary Works For The Automation And Ensuring The Integration Of The Field Equipment In The Local Scada And The Data Transmission In The Scada. H) Monitoring The Operation Of The Works And Providing Assistance/Consultancy To The Responsible Personnel During The Warranty Period, When Necessary. I) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Guarantee Period Of At Least 1095 Days. J) Training Of The Beneficiarys And/Or Operators Staff. The Estimated Value Of The Sectoral Acquisition Is: 7,587,152.28 Lei (Value Without Vat). The Estimated Value Of The Contract Does Not Include Various And Unforeseen Expenses, And The Adjustment Reserve. The Amount Related To The Percentage Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen, As They Were Defined In The General Budget, Is 612,313.72 Lei And Is Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Sectoral Contract. The Amount Representing The Adjustment Reserve, As Defined In The General Budget, Is 1,018,711.39 Lei And Is Not Included In The Calculation Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract And, Implicitly, Will Not Be Included In The Level Of The Submitted Offer. The Contracting Entity Will Only Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed By Economic Operators Until The Established Deadline. The Number Of Days Until Which The Interested Economic Operators Can Request Clarifications Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Is 25 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications / Additional Information, On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, For Requests For Clarifications Sent By Economic Operators 25 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Offers.
