The Purchase Will Mainly Be Linked To Cooking In Connection With Teaching In Restaurant And Food Subjects, And To Canteens That The County Council Runs Itself. Fresh Bread Is Excluded From The Agreement. Organic Food In Bulk: To The Extent That There Is A Need For Organic Products That The Chosen Supplier Cannot Deliver, This Must Be Able To Be Purchased Outside The Agreement. This Particularly Applies To Parish School Of Agriculture, Which Only Uses Organic Products. The Framework Agreements Are Not Exclusive, As There Must Be An Opportunity For The Client To Buy Some Food From Local Or Specialized Producers. In The Same Way, There Will Be Some Cases Where The Client Needs A Special Product Linked To Subject Tests, Theme Days Or Other Projects. This May Include Similar Or Comparable Products On The Agreement, But Will Usually Only Amount To Small Volumes.
