Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Special Fuel And Saw Chain Oil. The Lzn Is Responsible For The Procurement Of Goods And Services For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration (Cf. § 2 Of The Operating Instructions Of The Lzn). With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public-Law Users Within And Outside Of The Lower Saxony State Administration As Well As For Private-Law Companies In Full Public Ownership (Cf. § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Area Of ​​Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of Five Framework Agreements (Lots A To E) Each With One Company (§ 21 Vgv) For The Delivery Of Special Fuel And Saw Chain Oil. Lot A: Stihl Items Lot B: Special Fuel 4-Stroke Lot C: Organic Saw Chain Adhesive Oil Lot D: Synthetic Saw Chain Oil Lot E: Special Fuel Two-Stroke Lot A Relates Exclusively To Stihl Products. According To § 31 Paragraph 6 Sentence 1 Vgv, This Is Absolutely Necessary In Order To Maintain Warranty And Guarantee Claims For The Hand Tools From The Manufacturer Stihl Already Used By The State Authorities. Lots B To E Are Product-Neutral. All Departments Of The Immediate State Administration Of Lower Saxony, Including The Lower Saxony Islands, Are Authorized To Access Data.
