It Includes The Use Of New Technologies To Inform And Improve The Citizens Daily Life In Matters Related To His Communication With The Services Of The Municipality, As Well As The Use Of Smart Applications Through Mobile Devices. Criteria For Awarding The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On Price In Its Entirety. This Contract Is Financed By The European Union (European Regional Development Fund) And By National Resources Through The P.D.E.
