Abloy Products And Iloq Or Similar Self-Powered Products, M nts l Area The Competition Is Conducted Using An Open Procedure, On The Basis Of Which A Maximum Of Three (3) Contract Suppliers Are Selected For Each Sub-Assembly. The Same Bidder Can Be Selected For Several Sub-Assemblies. The Selected Suppliers Form The Framework Arrangement; Separate Contracts Are Made With The Selected Contract Suppliers. The Selection Criteria For The Competition Is Overall Economic Affordability; In The 1St Subset, The Weighting Of Price Is 61 Points And The Weighting Of Quality Is 39 Points, In The 2Nd Subset, The Weighting Of Price Is 61 Points And The Weighting Of Quality Is 39 Points, And In The 3Rd Subset, The Weighting Of Price Is 61 Points And The Weighting Of Quality Is 39 Points. The Selection Takes Place In Order Of Scoring Of The Bidders. If Several Bidders Get The Same Number Of Points, The Procurement Unit Will Draw Lots Among The Selected Bidders. Lottery Is An Accepted Method In Legal Practice. The Framework Arrangement Formed On The Basis Of This Tender Applies To The Purchase Of Locks And Lock Maintenance Services For The Offices And Properties Of The Entities Listed In Appendix 1 Of The Attached Draft Contract. The Framework Agreement Made On The Basis Of This Call For Tenders Complements The Existing Locking Products And The Offered Products Must Be Compatible With The Existing Locking Products. Subscribers Also Have The Right To Acquire Locking Products, Building Blocks And Lock Maintenance Work Outside Of This Framework Agreement, If It Is A Total Contract For An Entire Property, Or Another Similar Separate Construction Or Total Contract. The Contract Period Is Limited To Four (4) Years. The Notice Period For The Agreement Is Six (6) Months For Both Contracting Parties And Sarastias Customer Communities Committed To The Purchase, Regardless Of The Deadline. Users Of The Agreement Have The Right To Terminate Only The Desired Sub-Assemblies. The Contract Period Starts At The Earliest After The Procurement Decision Becomes Law. Entities Related To The Agreement (See Draft Agreement) Will Be Included In The Scope Of The Agreement After The Expiration Of Their Current Agreements. With Its Offer, The Offeror Commits To All The Conditions Presented In The Request For Offers, And The Offeror Does Not Have The Right To Set Its Own Conditions In Its Offer. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Check The Information Provided By The Bidder In The Tender Documents Before Making The Procurement Decision. Bids Contrary To The Request For Bids, Bids Delivered Late Or Otherwise Incorrectly Will Not Be Accepted. Note!
