Increasing Energy Efficiency And Intelligent Energy Management In The Public Lighting Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Satu Mare, North-East Zone For The Supply Of Led Street Lighting Devices Through A Remote Management System.. The General Objective Of This Investment Is The Modernization And Efficiency Of The Public Lighting System By Replacing And Completing The Lighting Devices On The Existing Poles As Well As The Purchase And Installation Of Telemanagement Systems That Allow The Regulation Of The Light Flow At The Level Of The Entire Investment Objective In The Municipality Of Satu Mare, Which Currently Does Not Provide Lighting According To Standards. Currently, There Are 1,578 Poles On The Targeted Streets, On Which There Are A Total Of 1,454 Devices That Are Mostly Equipped With High-Pressure Sodium Lamps. They Are In Working Condition, But The Light Generated By Them Is Not Entirely Of High Quality, They Consume Electricity And Have High Maintenance Costs. The Purpose Of The Program Is: Reducing Electricity Consumption And Implicitly Co2 Emissions By Replacing And Supplementing With Devices Equipped With Led Technology, Respectively Purchasing And Installing Remote Management Systems That Allow Adjusting The Light Flow At The Level Of The Entire Investment Objective Realization Of A Lighting That Complies With The Provisions Of The European Standard In Public Lighting Sr En 13201 And Of The Standards Of The Sr En 60598 Series For Lighting Fixtures Assumed Through The Financing Request; Improving The Security, Safety And Comfort Of Citizens At Night Reducing Light Pollution, Use Of Ecological Materials For Environmental Protection. The Financing Program Envisages Similar Investments At The Level Of All County Seat Cities. The Realization Of The Investment At This Moment Can Be Done With Low Costs For The Municipality Thanks To The Financing From The Environmental Fund With 80% Of The Value Of The Eligible Expenses, For The Realization Of The Project Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Public Lighting Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Satu Mare, Satumare County. So Far, The Energy Audit, Dali And Pte Of This Objective Have Been Carried Out, And We Are Going To Move To A New Phase, Namely The Supply And Installation Of Led Street Lighting Devices Through A Remote Management System. Given The Above, We Consider It Imperative To Initiate The Procedure For Awarding The Supply Contract For This Objective. Conf Prev Art 160 (2) Of Law 98/2016 Amended By Geo 107/2017, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. At The Same Time, The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates Is 20 Days.
