The Subject Of The Contract Are Services In The Field Of Repair And Renovation As Well As Maintenance Services For Forest Machines And Devices Used By The Employer For Harvesting Wood, Timber Skidding, Works In The Field Of Breeding, Works In The Field Of Forest Protection, Works Performed At A Forest Nursery, Repairs And Maintenance Of Forest Infrastructure Together With The Sale Of Necessary Parts And Materials, Including Consumables Necessary For Their Implementation. It Is Not Possible To Precisely Specify The Frequency And Type Or Group Of Damage In The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Service Using Parts And Materials, Including Consumables, Necessary For Their Performance, Purchased By The Contractor, And In Cases Indicated By The Ordering Party, Purchased By The Ordering Party.
