By The Maintenance Prescribed By The Manufacturer, The Customer Understands The Preventive Service Activity That Ensures The Proper And Reliable Operation Of The Device And Includes The Cost Of The Outbound Service, The Labor Fee And The Cost Of The Materials Used, As Well As The Cost Of The Repair And Replacement Of Wear And Tear Parts. The Warranty Obligation Must Always Be Fulfilled By The Seller At The Given Location, I.E. The Buyer Cannot Be Obliged To Send The Product To The Seller Or To A Designated Specialist Service, The Possible Delivery Of The Product To Service Or To Any Other Location For Repair Or Maintenance Is The Responsibility Of The Seller. During The Warranty Period, The Seller Must Start The Repair Within 48 Hours And Complete It Within 96 Hours. If This Is Not Possible, The Seller Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Device Until The Product Defect Is Corrected. Errors And Deficiencies Arising During The Handover Of The Products Are Recorded By The Parties In The Minutes. The Delivered Products Are Considered Defective If They Do Not Have The Specified Technical Parameters Or Are Not Suitable For Their Intended Use. 5.
