Mobile Radio Station Of Aviation Radio Communications (Mrllr). 1. The Subject Of The Guaranteed (Basic) Order Is The Delivery Of 6 Sets. Mobile Radio Station For Aviation Radio Communications (Mrlłr) Placed On The Base Vehicle, Intended For Securing Secure, Interference-Resistant Phonic Radio Exchanges (Overt And Covert) Between Air Traffic Services And Command And Guidance Units With Aircraft Crews. 2. The Mrllr Is To Provide Encrypted Radio Communication Between Correspondents In The Air-Ground Relationship. 3. Mrlłr Is To Implement The Functionalities Of A Radio Post (Acting As A Radio Station) For Stationary Systems Operated By The Employer Included In The Above-Mentioned Systems Through The System Teletransmission Of The Ministry Of National Defense (Ron). 4. Mrlłr Should Consist Of At Least The Following Elements: 1) Base Chassis, 2) Communication Cabins, 3) Radio System, 4) Radiotelephone System, 5) Antenna System, 6) Time Distribution System, 7) Power System, 8) Equipment Supervision And Control Stations, 9) Operators Stations, 10) Mobile Device, 11) Secrecy Devices, 12) Line Connection Table, 13) Technical Documentation, 14) A Set Of Technical Material Means, 15) A Set Of Specialist Tools, 16) Control And Measurement Equipment. 5. In Addition, The Scope Of The Contract Includes: Development Of The Detailed Design, Tests, Staff Training, Delivery Of Individual Sets Of Spare Parts (Izczzz), Carrying Out The Conformity Assessment Process Mrlłr And Development Of The Technical Documentation And Granting A License For The Technical Documentation To The Employer. 6. The Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided Together With The Description Of Needs And Requirements (Opiw) (Classified Document With The Reserved Clause) To Contractors Invited To Submit Tenders Preliminary. 7. In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Shall Deliver The An/Prc150 (C) Transceiver Set Or Its Successor.
