Framework Agreement With Several Entrepreneurs For The Leasing Of Articulated Boom Lifts.. Vdab Is Looking For Suppliers Of Articulated Boom Lifts For Vdab Training As A Hoist Operator. Vdab Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Several Contractors Per Lot, Whereby Each Assignment Will Be Placed On The Basis Of A Mini-Competition. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is A Maximum Of Six Years. The Basic Assignment Is Four Years. After The Initial Term, Vdab Can Decide To Tacitly Extend The Assignment Twice, Each Time By One Year. The Starting Date Of The Framework Agreement Is Stated In The Letter Accompanying The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement. In Concrete Terms, This Concerns The Following Machines (Per Lot): Lot 1: An (All-In) Operational Lease For 10 Years (Including Insurance, Maintenance And Repairs) Of Articulated Boom Lifts With A Height Of 16 M For 2 Persons. Lot 2: An (All-In) Operational Lease For 10 Years (Including Insurance, Maintenance And Repairs) Of Articulated Boom Lifts With A Height Of 16 M For 2 Persons, Electric Variant. Place Of Delivery: The Machines Must Be Delivered To Four Training Centers Of Vdab: In Bilzen And/Or Herentals And/Or Roeselare And/Or Zottegem.
