The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Modernization Of 7 Bathrooms In The Building Of The District Office In Radom At Ul. Graniczna 24, Located: On The Zero Level, Ground Floor, First Floor And Second Floor Of The Building, Which Includes The Following Material Scope: Equipment, B) Sanitary Installations: Disassembly, Sanitary Sewage Installations, Cold And Hot Water Installations, White Installation, Mechanical Ventilation, Central Heating Installation, C) Electrical Installations: Disassembly, Wiring, Accessories, Lighting, Measurements. The Employer Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Covered Civil Liability Insurance For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents To Employees, Third Parties, And Arising In Connection With The Works Carried Out, With A Limit Of Not Less Than Pln 150,000.00 (One Hundred And Fifty Thousand Zlotys) For One Or All Events During The Insurance Period, And Transfer To The Ordering Party A Certified True Copy Of The Document Confirming The Conclusion Of Insurance (Policy) Together With Proof Of Payment Of The Premium. The Insurance Covers Both Material And Non-Material Damage Resulting From The Contractors Contractual And Tort Liability, Purchased From A Reputable Insurance Company. The Insurance Company And The Terms And Conditions Of The Policy Are Subject To Acceptance By The Employer. Due To The Working Hours Of The Office, The Employer Obliges The Contractor For Activities That Would Interfere With The Use Of The Facility Above The Average Measure To Perform Works In A Multi-Shift System And On Days Off, Where Noisy Works During Works, I.E. Drilling, Chiseling Of Walls Will Be Performed After 14.30 And On Holidays. The Cost Of Possible Work In A Multi-Shift System And On Days Off Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration Offered In The Offer.
