Delivery Of Smartphones, Accessories And Associated Services. As Is Customary In Governments, Mobile Communication With Colleagues And Third Parties Is An Important Part Of The Work. With This Tender, The Rdw Aims To Reach An Agreement With A Single Contractor For The Delivery Of Smartphones And Accessories (Apple And Samsung), Support And Warranty Settlement Of Defective Devices And Related Services. The Rdw Currently Still Has A Contract For The Delivery Of Android Devices Via The Framework Agreement Iwr2021| Workplace Hardware| Android Devices And Accessories (Incl. Optional Services) Which Expires On 29 July 2025 At The Latest. The Rdw Intends To Subsequently Deliver The Android Devices And Accessories (Including Optional Services) Included In This Framework Agreement If These May Still Be Provided Under The Rdw Policy For Smartphones.
