Framework Agreement- Real Estate Services. Trøndelag County Hereby Invites Tenderers To An Open Tender Contest In Connection With The Procurement Of Estate Agency Services.The Agreement Has An Estimated Value Of Approximately Nok 1 1.5 Million Excluding Vat Per Year, I.E. Nok 4 6 Million Excluding Vat For The Entire Agreement Period Excluding Vat. The Estimated Contract Value Is For Information Only, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By It. The Contracting Authority´S Need Can Vary From Year To Year. The Maximum Contract Value During The Agreement Period Is Nok 8 Million Excluding Vat.The Agreement Is Valid From 01.09.2023 To 31.08.2025. The Framework Agreement Period Will Be For Two (2) Calendar Years At The Startup. The Contracting Authority Then Has A Unilateral Option To Extend The Contract For Up To One (1) Year Plus One (1) Year, For A Maximum Total Length Of Four (4) Years.
