The Land Restructuring Process Comprises The Following Phases: A) Bases For Parcel Restructuring; B) Parcel Restructuring Agreement; C) Property Reorganization Act. The Following Complementary And Necessary Actions For Its Development Are Included In The Land Restructuring Procedure: A) The Preparation Of Cartographic Plot Plans; B) Preparation Of The Previous Environmental Document And The Environmental Impact Study, If Applicable; C) Elaboration Of The Management Plan For Properties Of Special Agricultural Vocation; D) Preparation Of The Works Plan; E) Implantation Of Relief Plots; F) Registration Registration.
