The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Various Foodstuffs, Spices And Herbs As Well As Powdered Soups, White Sugar, Fats And Chicken Eggs To The Police School In Katowice For A Period Of 6 Months. 2. A Full List Of The Assortment Being The Subject Of The Deliveries And The Maximum Number Of Ordered Products Is Provided In The Assortment, Quantity And Value Specification Constituting Appendix 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Perform The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Remuneration. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims For Non-Performance Of Part Of The Order. 4.
