Delivery Of Food Products Through The Institutions In The System Of Preschool And School Education And Social Institutions In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Nikopol For 24 Months. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Periodic Deliveries Of Food Products (Also Called Goods) For The Needs Of The Institutions (Units) Of Budgetary Maintenance In The System Of Preschool And School Education And Social Institutions In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Nikopol For A Period Of 24 Months Of The Term Of The Contract, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Indicated Quantities Of Supplies Are Of An Estimated Nature For The Period Of The Contract, And The Supply Of Food Products Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority (Applicant Budgetary Units) Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Order Them In Full And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Anticipated Estimated Quantities. The Procedure Will Be Conducted According To The Order Of Art. 104, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Zop And Under The Conditions Of Art. 61 Of The Ppzop (The So-Called Reverse Order).
