Portable Control Equipment. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude One Public Procurement Contract For Each Individual Lot For The Purchase Of Portable Control Equipment, As Described In The Specifications, As Follows: Lot 1: Compact Portable Document And Visa Examination Equipment; Lot 2: Portable Spectrograph For Drug Detection And Identification; Lot 3: Portable Co2 Detector. Within Each Lot, The Delivery Term Of The Products Is 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract By The Last Party. Pursuant To Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter A) From Law No. 98/2016, Updated, The Contracting Authority Uses Contract Review Clauses In The Procurement Procedure, As Provided For In Section Ii.2. Batch List Option Information. In The Case Of Using Revision Clauses, The Delivery Term Is 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Additional Act By The Last Party. The Total Estimated Value Of The Purchase Was Established With The Inclusion Of The Additional Option. Considering The Method Of Application Of The Revision Clause, The Financial Proposal Will Be Formulated For The Certain Quantity That The Authority Acquires, Following Which, For The Supplement Of The Quantity, An Additional Act To The Initial Contract Must Be Concluded, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Of The Instruction Of The President Of Anap No. 1/2021. The Unit Price Offered Will Be Firm Throughout The Implementation Period Of The Additional Clause. Clarification Requests Regarding The Award Documentation Will Be Sent Only Through Seap (Https://Elicitatie.Ro), By Accessing The Dedicated Questions Section In The Details Of The Ongoing Award Procedure. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, To The Extent That These Requests Were Submitted Within The Deadline Mentioned In Section I, I.E. 19 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. Careful!!! In Order To Comply With The Principle Of Equal Treatment, The Economic Operators Concerned Will Comply With The Provisions Of Anap Notification No. 247 Regarding The Method Of Transmission Of Requests For Clarifications And Additional Information To The Award Documentation / Answers Formulated In The Event Of The Awarding Procedures Of Public Procurement Contracts Through Electronic Means (Online), In The Sense That The Documents Attached To The Questions Section They Will Not Contain Their Identification Data, As They Will Become Public When The Contracting Authority Sends The Answer!
