Having Identified The Nature Of The Services, It Is Not Necessary To Proceed With The Drafting Of The Single Document For The Assessment Of The Risks From Interference (Duvri) And Therefore No Charges From Interference Have Been Identified. The Supply Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Technical Documentation Underlying The Tender Attached To The Contract Outline (Attached To The Tender Specification) And Referred To In Art. 23 Of The Same. This Tender Procedure Will Proceed In Accordance With Art. 133 Co. 8 Of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
