Delivery Of Medical Equipment. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of Medical Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical Equipment In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of Building No. 2 Of The Małopolski Szpital Ortopedyczno Rehabilitacyjny Im. Prof. Bogusław Frańczuk In Order To Adapt To The Currently Applicable Fire Regulations And Adapt The Rooms Of The Existing Operating Block, Central Sterilization And Anesthesiology And Intensive Care Wards To Patients Rooms. Stage Ii - Reconstruction Of The Remaining Part Of Building No. 2, Excluding The Staircase, Together With All Internal Installations And The Reach - Fire Road, Location Of Ice Water Aggregates With Power And Ice Water Connections. The Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1710, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppl Act, In The Form Of An Open Tender. 2. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7/8 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. The Contracting Authority, Within The Limits Specified In Art. 462 Ff. Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows The Contractor To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Use Of Subcontractors. A Contractor Who Intends To Subcontract Performance Of A Part Of The Contract Shall Indicate In Its Tender The Parts Of The Contract Which It Intends To Subcontract, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Execution Of The Contract By Sheltered Workshops, Social Cooperatives Or Other Contractors Covered By The Disposition Of Art. 94 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
