Supply Of Medical And Non-Medical Equipment For The Project To Extend And Equip The Emergency Department Of The Buzău County Emergency Hospital. In The Framework Of This Contract, Medical And Non-Medical Equipment Will Be Purchased For The Extension And Equipment Of The Emergency Reception Unit Of The Buzau County Emergency Hospital Project. According To The Provisions Of Art. 160 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Establishes A (1) Deadline In Which It Will Ensure A Clear And Complete Response To The Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Of The Bidders As Follows: If The Request For Clarification/Additional Information Is Uploaded In Seap Within The Deadline Of 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers
