The Object Of This Awarding Procedure Is The Purchase Of Equipment For The Holiday Village In Bailesti Municipality, According To The Standards. The Products/Materials That Are The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are Divided Into 4 (Four) Lots, As Follows: Lot 1 – Furniture And Educational Materials Lot 2 – Kitchen Equipment And Accessories; Lot 3 – Stage Equipment, Lights, Sound System, It And Related Equipment Lot 4 – Outdoor Equipment The Estimated Total Value (Lot1+Lot2+Lot3+Lot4) Of This Supply Purchase Is 783,710.00 Lei Without Vat, Which Implies Their Purchase Through The Open Auction Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 7, Paragraph 1), Lit. B From Law No. 98/2016 Amended And Completed. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers: 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarification 12 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
