Modernization Of The Town Hall, Heinrich-Heine-Platz 1, 39114 Magdeburg, Lot 333 - Mobile Partition Walls (30-Zv-0109/23). The Intention Is To Fundamentally Renovate And Expand The Listed Town Hall In The Rotehorn Park In Magdeburg. The Stadthalle Was Built In 1927 And Is One Of The Most Important Buildings In The City Of Magdeburg, Both As An Outstanding Architectural Monument (Bauhaus Architecture) And In Terms Of Functionality For The Implementation Of Numerous Events. The Building Is About 100 Meters Long, 50 Meters Wide And Up To 22 Meters High. The Load-Bearing Steel Structure Is Walled With A Clinker Facade. The Stadthalle Was Rebuilt In The 1950S And 1960S After It Had Been Partially Destroyed During The War. Planned Are The Renovation In Line With The Requirements Of Monuments, E.G. Of The Facade, The Conversion Of The Hall Area Into A Modern Multi-Purpose Hall With The Appropriate Stage Technology, The Creation Or Modernization Of Operating, Artist And Administration Rooms And The Structural Reorganization Of The Functional Areas. A New Stage Building Will Be Added To The North Side Of The Stadthalle. The Extensions And Additions From Various Eras That Were Previously On The North Side Of The Town Hall Will Be Dismantled. The House And Operational Systems Are To Be Completely Renewed. The Outdoor Areas Are To Be Redesigned.
