This Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Contractor Per Plot For The Supply Of Drinks And Associated Supplies For Municipal Accommodations For A Period Of 48 Months, At The Administrations That Can Purchase From The Central Purchasing Body. This Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement Without Any Purchase Obligation. Consequently, Notwithstanding The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement By The Contracting Authority, The Administrations Are Free To Order Elsewhere During The Term Of The Contract Or Not To Place An Order. The Contractor Cannot Claim Any Compensation For This. This Option Will Only Be Used If: 1. Special Events Are Organized Such As E.G. A Wedding Party With Adapted Wines, A Local Beer Tasting Evening, A Tasting/Degustation... 2. The Tenderer Cannot Provide The Most Popular Drinks.
