Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Gender Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Peer Learning Intervention In Palestine

Objective Of The Assignment Is To Implement A Series Of Activities Under The Leaders4equality Peer Learning Platform. These Activities Will Focus On (A) Building The Capacity Of The Leadership And Hr Teams Of The Participating Companies To Adapt And Implement Diversity And Inclusion Tools, Policies, Programs, Etc. In Their Respective Workplaces, In Accordance With National Regulations And International Best Practices. (B) Building Up The Internal Female Talent Pool And Leadership Pipeline In Each Company So That The Participating Companies Can Create More Gender-Inclusive Leadership Respectively. To That End, A Second Line Of Activities Will Focus On The Delivery Of Capacity Building Sessions To Female Aspiring Leaders And Executives From The Participating Companies (C) Lastly, Delivering Three Learning Events On Advancing Gender Diversity And Inclusion In The Workplace (Incl.
