The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Diagnosis Of Road Surfaces And The Preparation And Testing Of Mineral And Asphalt Mixtures For The Project Entitled Construction Of The Eco-Innovation Center Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology In Gdańsk. 2. The Ordering Party Divided The Subject Of The Contract Into 3 Parts: Part A Falling Weight Deflectometer (Fwd), Part B A Set Of Devices For Preparing Large-Size Samples Of Asphalt Mixtures For Fatigue Life Testing And Part C 200 Kn Multifunctional Strength Press. 3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In Individual Parts As Well As The Requirements For Commissioning, Training And Substantive Support Of The User Are Included In Appendix No. 3 To The Tor. 4. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
