This Is A Continuation Of The Project Strategic Planning Capacity Development And Implementation Of An Integrated It System In The Municipality Of Piatra Neamț Code Smis 136304, For The Establishment Of A High-Performance Management System For The Fulfillment Of The Institutions Mission And Local, National And Community Strategies, Following The Following To Be Implemented: ● Electronic Signature Of Financial And Accounting Documents Integration Of The Electronic Signature In The Financial And Accounting Program Of The Institution (Erp); ● Extension Of Online Services For Other Departments – Connects Citizens And Elements Implemented Within The Institution Trying To Provide A Connection With Users, Completed With Gis Technology Regarding The Management Of New Databases And Access To Old Databases Within A Reconstructed Portal, With A High Speed Of Operation And Response; ● The Electronic Clerk Integrated With Tel. Green And Chat Bot Platforms Will Ensure The Interaction Of The Virtual Official With Citizens; ● Extended Tracking And Reporting Application For New Online Services – Is An Extension Of The It System Already Implemented. The Public Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 6 Months From The Moment Of Issuing The Order To Start The Provision Of Services, With The Possibility Of Extension, In The Event That An Extension Of The Duration Of The Financing Contract No. 702 Of 04.05.2022, But No Later Than 31.12.2023.
