The Subject Of This Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Positions, With The Present Procedure Assigning Separate Position No. 1: Maintenance Of Local Information Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Affairs And The Unified Communication Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy And Structural Units And Risk And Incident Management , Related To Ict Resources. Separate Position No. 2 Subscription, Service And Technical Support, Current And Emergency Repair Of Servers And Communication Equipment Will Be Assigned In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 21, Para. 6 In Conjunction With Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Zop - Public Competition. Short Description In The Section For The Item No. 1: The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide Continuous Support And Corresponding Guarantees For The Continuity Of Operations, Information Security And Data Protection Of The Information Systems, Through The Realization Of The Following Specific Objectives: Improvement Of The Efficiency Of Maintenance Of The It Systems; Increasing The Reliability Of Support Services And, As A Result, Of The Supported It Systems; Effective Management Of Risks Related To The Operation Of It Systems; Ensuring An Established Process And Centralized System For Logging And Managing Incidents And Issues; Ensuring An Established Process And Centralized System For Managing Changes To The Environment; Trend Analysis And Improved Planning Of Future Systems Expansion And Development; Improved Visibility Into The Operational Parameters Of The Environment.
