Develop A Detailed Scoping Document For Purposes Of Scoping-In Key Financial Statements Line Items (Fslis) Using KahramaaS 2018 Financial Statements By Applying Quantitative And Qualitative Criteria. C. Identify Business Processes Relevant To Key Fslis And Agree Scoping Of Fslis And In-Scope Processes With Management. Notes: Fees Are Non-Refundable And The Tender Documents Can Be Purchased Online After Registering In Kahramaa Site Business Portal The Offer Must Be Submitted With A Bank Guarantee (In The Amount Of Provisional Bid Bond) Issued By A Qatari Bank Or By A Bank Operating In Qatar. Offers Are To Be Submitted In Separate Technical And Commercial Sealed Envelopes. Successful Bidder Has To Submit A Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) With Value Equal To 10% Of The Awarded Value.
