Cs-Cl-01 Rehabilitation And Expansion Of Water Catchment, Water Treatment Facilities And Supply Pipes In Resita And Bocsa And Sludge Treatment Facilities. Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Cscl01 Contract Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Water Collection And Treatment Facilities And Of The Adduction Pipes In Reșita And Bocșa And Of The Sludge Treatment Facility, Including The Detailed Design And Execution Of Civil Constructions, Mechanical And Electrical Installations And Automation, Including The Supply And Installation Of Related Equipment, For Saa Reșița: Construction Works For Connection To The Existing Supply Pipe, New Raw Water Pumping Station On The Supply Pipe, New Raw Water Supply Pipe And Rehabilitation Of Treated Water Supply Pipes; For Saa Bocșa: Rehabilitation Works Of Treated Water Intake, Rehabilitation Of Treated Water Pumping Station And Storage Tank In The Premises Of The Existing Godinova Water Plant And New Chlorination Station In The Premises Of The Existing Tata Oancea Water Plant; And For Saa Reșița: Installation Of A Sludge Drying Facility Within The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Design And Execution Contract Includes The Following Works: Object 1: Reșiţa Water Supply System: Object 1.1: Construction Of Connection To The Existing Supply Pipe; Object 1.2: New Raw Water Pumping Station On The Intake Pipe (Q = 211 L/S); Object 1.3: New Raw Water Supply Pipe (L = 6,764M); Object 1.4: Rehabilitation Of Treated Water Supply Pipes (L = 13,256M). Object 2: Bocșa Water Supply System: Object 2.1: Rehabilitation Of Treated Water Supply Pipe (L = 1,190M); Object 2.2: Existing Godinova Water Utility: Rehabilitation Of Treated Water Pumping Station (Q = 18.88 L/S); Object 2.3: Existing Godinova Water Utility: Rehabilitation Of Storage Tank (250 M3); Object 2.4: Existing Water Utility Tata Oancea: New Chlorination Station (Q = 18.88 L/S). Object 3: Reșița Treatment Plant Object 3.1: Sludge Drying Plant (With A Processing Capacity Of The Dehydrated Sludge To Be Dried, Of 8000 Tons/Year). Within The Contract, 3 Sectors Of Works Are Defined As Follows: Sector 1. Reşita Water Supply System Sector 2. Bocsa Water Supply System Sector 3. Reșita Sewage Treatment Plant The Works On The 3 Sectors Can Be Carried Out Simultaneously/Consecutively, So That Upon Completion Of The Execution Each Sector Is Functional. This Requirement Will Be Taken Into Account When Presenting The Execution Schedule, Respectively The Payment Schedule In The Bidding Phase. The Contract Includes: A) Elaboration Of The Technical Project In Accordance With The National Legislation, Including All The Necessary Documents (Memoirs, Drawings, Calculations, Etc.) And Any Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Construction Authorization; B) Elaboration Of The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Authorizations And Approvals Necessary For The Execution; C) Construction Works; D) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; E) Testing And Commissioning; F) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. The Design Duration Of The Works Is 6 Months. The Duration Of Execution Of The Works And Commissioning Of The Installations Is 24 Months (Total Duration Of The Contract = 6 Months Design + 24 Execution Of Works And Commissioning Of The Installations = 30 Months). The Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Notes: 1. The Number Of Days Until Which The Interested Economic Operators Can Request Clarifications Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers / Applications Is 19 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. 2. Deadlines By Which The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarification/Additional Information: 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
