The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Digitization Of The Unit - Consisting In The Purchase Of Application Servers With Virtualization Software, Directory Services Software, Database Server Software, Workstation. Software For Backup Of Virtual Machines And Pcs, Access Switches With Inserts, Utm With Licenses, Ups, Rack Cabinets, Cloud Backup Data Storage Service. 3. If The Swz Contains An Indication Of The Trade Name Or The Manufacturers Name, It Is Only Intended To Indicate Specific Technical And Quality Parameters And The Standard Of Workmanship. All Proper Names Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Used To Define The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party And Should Be Treated As Examples Only. 4. The Contracting Authority, Complying With The Content Of Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, Described The Subject Of The Contract In An Unambiguous And Comprehensive Manner, Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms, Taking Into Account All Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer.5. If There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Place Of Origin In The Swz, They Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Intended To Indicate Specific Technical And Quality Parameters And The Standard Of Workmanship. All Proper Names Of Materials, Devices, Elements Of Equipment, Etc. Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Define The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party And Should Be Treated As Exemplary. 6. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described One. When Analyzing The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Economic Operator Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 99 And 101 Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. 7. In This Case, The Offer Should Be Accompanied By Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of Devices, I.E. Technical Parameters, E.G. Device Data Sheets In Polish, Attestations, Certificates.8. Equivalent Devices Are Those That Have At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters, And Their Use Will In No Way Affect The Deterioration Of The Technical Solutions Provided For The Subject Of The Contract.9. The Offered Goods Must Be Brand New, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready To Work.
