The General Objective Of The Northeast Pdr 2014-2020 Is Represented By The Development In The Northeast Region Of A Process Of Sustainable Economic Growth, Favorable To The Increase Of Economic Competitiveness And Social Inclusion, Leading To A Shift In The Existing Gaps Compared To The Other Regions Of Romania. The North - East Region - Strategic Road Axis 1: Iași - Suceava Project Will Be Carried Out In Partnership By Uat Iași County (Partnership Leader) And Uat Suceava County (Partner), Within The Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 6 Improvement Road Infrastructure Of Regional And Local Importance, Investment Priority 6.1 Stimulating Regional Mobility, By Connecting Secondary And Tertiary Nodes To The Ten T Infrastructure, Including Multimodal Nodes, Signed In This Regard With Am Por, Financing Agreement No. 390/09/4/2017 . According To The Provisions Of The Financing Contract Concluded For The Implementation Of The Project North - East Region - Strategic Road Axis 1: Iași - Suceava, The Project Implementation Period Is: 01.01.2014 - 31.12.2023, The Date After Which The Project Activities / Fulfillment Of Purchase Contracts Publicly Concluded Will Be Able To Continue Under The Conditions Provided By The Legal Provisions Regarding The Closure Of The 2014-2020 Operational Programs, Respectively By Assuming The Full Coverage Of The Investment And Project Completion Costs By Suceava County. Therefore, Both The Execution Of The Works And The Technical Assistance Services Provided By The Designer Will Be Carried Out Until The Term Provided For The Completion Of The Works, The Duration Of Which Can Be Extended Under The Conditions Provided By H.G. No. 1/2018 Annex 1 General Conditions For The Execution Of Works, According To The Conditions Of The Contracts To Be Concluded. The Rehabilitation And Modernization Works Of The County Roads Belonging To Uat Suceava County And Contracted By Suceava County Were Partially Executed, Based On Contractual Agreements Concluded In 2020 And Which Were Terminated At The Request Of The Builders, In 2022. The Execution Of The Works, Ensuring Their Supervision By Authorized Site Managers And Technical Assistance From The Designer - Remaining To Be Executed Are The Responsibility Of Each Individual County, So Uat Suceava County Is Responsible For Contracting Services Related To Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Duration Of The Execution - Remaining To Be Executed, For Realization And Completion Construction Started. Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation, Respecting The Deadline Set By The Contracting Authority, Respectively The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers/Candidates : 16 Days. The Answers To Requests For Clarifications Regarding The Award Documentation Will Be Published In Seap, In The List, Clarifications, Notifications And Decisions Section Of The Participation Announcement. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications Addressed By Economic Operators By The Deadline Established, According To Art. 27 Paragraph (3) Of The Annex To H.G. No. 395/2016. The Contracting Authority Establishes A Single Deadline In Which It Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, Respectively On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
