Purchase Of Medical Equipment/Devices Within The Project Strengthening The Capacity Of State Pre-University Education Units From The Municipality Of Râmnicu Vâlcea In View Of The Management Of The Pandemic Situation Generated By The Sars-Cov-2 Virus - Lot 3 And Lot 4. The Object Of The Contract Consists In The Purchase Of Sterilization Devices (Nebulizers, Nebulization Solution, Uv Lamps, Thermoscanner With Thermal Imaging Camera, Totem Disinfecting Robot) And Disinfectants And Disinfection/Cleaning Devices (Concentrated Solution For Surfaces, Disinfectants For Floors, Chloramine For Disinfecting Sanitary Units, Hand Sanitizer Dispensers, Hand Sanitizer Dispensers, Soap Sensor Dispensers, Paper Towel Dispensers), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications, Within The Project Strengthening The Capacity Of State Pre-University Education Units In The Municipality Of Râmnicu Vâlcea In Order To Manage The Pandemic Situation Generated By Sarscov2 Virus. The Provision Of Protective Equipment/Medical Devices And Other Equipment Of This Type, Which Is The Subject Of This Project, Aims To Equip All 45 State Pre-University Education Units In The Municipality Of Râmnicu Vâlcea With Equipment Necessary To Apply Specific Measures In Order To Counter And Limit The Spread Of The Sarscov2 Virus To Ensure An Educational Process In Sanitary Safety Conditions. Deadlines For Requesting Clarifications / Responding To Requests For Clarifications: A. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Paragraph (1) Of Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline Until Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Regarding The Award Documentation Is 16 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. B. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 161 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Will Transmit The Consolidated Response Formulated To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, To The Extent That They Are Transmitted Within The Specified Deadline.
