The Order Is To Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Design And Cost Documentation For The Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, Together With Obtaining Final Decisions On Building Permits And/Or Certificates Of No Objection To The Submitted Applications Construction;2) Stage Ii - Construction Of Warehouse Facilities In The Technology Of Modular Prefabricated Elements With An Area Of ​​​​Approx. 500 M2, Together With Obtaining For The Employer The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Obtaining Confirmation That No Objections Have Been Raised To The Submitted Notice Of Completion Of Construction;3) Stage Iii :A) Construction Of A Second Radial Secondary Settling Tank With A Separation Chamber And Technological Networks Of The Sewage Treatment Plant - Construction Of A Second Radial Secondary Settling Tank To Improve The Process Of Sedimentation And Separation Of Sludge (Separation Of Separated Sludge To Clarified Sewage). Modernization Of The Scraper Of The Existing Secondary Settling Tank; B) Construction Of An Averaging And Retention Tank For Sewage Flowing In Through The Sanitary Sewage System And Delivered By Septic Tankers, Together With An Installation For Oxygenation Of Sewage And Management Of Malodorous Substances, And Construction Of Inter-Facility Technological Networks Of Sewage Treatment Plants. The Construction Of The Averaging And Retention Tank Is Aimed At Optimizing The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Consisting In Changing The Concentrations And Flows Of Sewage Over Time. In Addition, Full Air-Tight Sealing Of The Tank Will Be Carried Out, Along With Installations And Installation Of A Biofilter In Order To Eliminate Odor Nuisances; Water Supply And Sewage System.
