Of The Table Of Characteristics And In General: - The Constitution Of A State Administrative Concession Of A Work In Favor Of The Awardee. - The Drafting Of The Preliminary Project And/Or Executive Project Of The Work That Will Be Approved By Local Ens.- The Execution Of The Work And The Construction Of The Protected Accommodation Building Consisting Of Protected Accommodation Building/Ns Defined In Point 1.3 Of The Table Of Characteristics.- The Execution Of The New Works Construction With The Necessary Installations For Its Commissioning And Operation.- The Exploitation Of The Homes, Under Rental Regime, Subject To The Legal Regime Of Homes With Official Protection During The Term That The Concession Lasts.- The Conservation And Maintenance Of The Building(S) And Its Facilities.- The Reversion Of The Building To The Owner When The Term For Which The State Administrative Concession Was Established Ends.
