That The Company Have Fulfilled All Obligations To Pay Taxes, Pensions And Social Security Contributions 9. Evidence Of Similar Projects Executed (Letter Of Award And Completion Certificate) At Least (3) Within The Last Five (5) Years. 10. Description And List Of Relevant Construction/Civil Works EquipmentS 11. Vat Registration Certificate And Evidence Of Past Remittance; 12. A Sworn Affidavit Certifying As Follows: A.
