Purchase Of Dali Verification Services (Documentation For Approval Of Intervention Works) Within The Project To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In The South-Muntenia Region. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) From Law No. 98/2016, The Contracting Authority Sets A Single Deadline For Requests For Clarifications Made By Economic Operators And To Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information That May Be Requested During The Tender Submission Period. Considering The Possibility Of Selecting The Award Procedure In The Ex-Ante Verification Program Of Anap, When Establishing The Deadline, The Deadline Was Also Taken Into Account For The Verification Of The Response Proposal By Anap In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 8 Para. (2) Of H.G. No. 419/2018: The Contracting Authority Has The Obligation To Submit To Anap The Proposal For A Consolidated Response Formulated To The Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information At Least 4 Days Before The Deadline Or, As The Case May Be, The Response Deadlines Established By The Notice Of Participation/ Simplified/Competition/Concession Participation. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested: 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications, According To The Provisions Of Art. 161, Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. If These Deadlines End On Non-Working Days, The Authority Will Respond On The Last Working Day Before That Deadline.
