Tenders Are Invited For Packaging And Routing Of Race Against Hunger Materials To Schools

As Part Of The Race Against Hunger Organized By The Youth And Solidarity Service, Action Against Hunger (Acf) Is Looking For An Interested Service Provider To Perform A Reception, Storage, Packaging, Printing And Routing Service For Communication Media And Signage Material . In France (Mainland + Drom Com) And Abroad To Schools For The Organization Of The Race Against Hunger 2024 .

The Service Includes:

· The Receipt, Control And Storage Of The Material Sent By Acf And Its Suppliers To The Bidder (E.G. Material: Acf Booklets, Posters, Banners, Ribbons, T-Shirts, Acf Stickers, Etc.),

· The Supply Of Boxes For The Preparation Of Packages,

· Printing Of Accompanying Letters For Parcels And Mailings To Be Sent

· The Preparation Of Packages According To The Instructions Sent By Acf,

· Sending Parcels To The Schools Concerned Within The Times Defined By Acf,

· Monitoring And Reporting Of Shipments Made.
