Quotation Are Invited For Annual Maintenance Contract Of Ups. Annual Maintenance Contract Of Ups The Parties Shall Visit The Site And Make Themselves Thoroughly Acquainted With Local Site Condit Ions, Nature And Requirement Of Work, Present Conditions Of The System And Assess Laboured Material, Required Before Submitting The Price For Annual Maintenance Contracts (Non- Comprehensive) Of The Ups System. The Contractor Shall Have Maintenance Experience With A Similar System For A Minimum Of 5 Years. The Contract Shall Be Valid For Twelve Months Commencing From The Date Of Award Of The C Ontract. Scope Of Works: The Following Will Be Done During Preventive Maintenance Visits But Not Limited To. ·#The Contractor Will P Rovide A Detailed Scope Of Preventive Maintenance Activities Related To The Full Covered Scope. ·#The Contractor Will Provide A Deta Iled Report On Each Unit For Each Visit Stating Unit Parameters, Conditions, And Recommendations ·#The Preventive, Predictive & Corr Ective Maintenance Shall Be Carried Out By The Manufacturer#S Recommendation. ·#Contractor Should Note And Report Environmental Cond Itions. ·#Check The Ups System For Faults And Alarms And Analyze The Status Of The Ups System. ·#Check The Ups Current Load And Prov Ide A Recommendation If Reaching Full Capacity. ·#Check All The Power Fuses, Control Fuses ·#Include Deep Interior Cleaning Of The U Ps Unit Annually. ·#If Any Discrepancies Remain, Which Prohibit The Unit From Supporting The Load, The Contractor Will Notify These Discrepancies To Dewa Immediately, ##The Immediate Or Urgent Replacement Of Damaged Components Or Rectification Is Included In The C Ontractor Scope. Upon Work Completion, A Separate Quote/Invoice Will Be Submitted To Dewa. Spare Parts, Batteries And Are Excluded F Rom The Scope (Consumables Are Included). The Contractor Shall Provide The List Of Consumables After The First Visit. ·#Provide A Bi Ll Of Materials (Bom) If Any Required Or Suggested Spares Replacements Are Not Presently Onsite, Along With The Item#S Part Number, Unit Price, And Availability ·#Provide A List, Unit Price, And Availability Of Recommended Spare Parts And Batteries To Be Replaced Proactively. ·#Provide A List, Unit Price, And Availability Of Spare Parts And Batteries To Be Replaced To Rectify The Unit And Brin G It To The Normal Operation Condition ·#The Contractor Is Expected To Visit The Site And Familiarize With All Locations And The Acc Ess Thereto ·#Visually Inspection Of Batteries, Ups & Sts And Associated Equipment For Any Sign Of Damage Or Problems. ·#Where Sts & Isolation Transformer Is Part Of The System, Shall Be Included In Scope To Maintain Properly To Ensure Trouble-Free Operation. ·#Ch Eck Air Filter, Lamps Etc. ·#Verify That All Fans Are Operational. ·#Record, Verify And Calibrate All Meter Reading And Settings, Al Arms Stored Data Etc. ·#Place Ups In Static Bypass Mode (On Confirmation Of Dewa) And Inspect Internal Components For Signs Of Damag Es, Overheating Or Other Problems. ·#Load Test All Batteries Annually. ·#Provide A List Of Recommended Batteries To Keep At A Site I N Case Of Emergency During The Load Test.
