Tender Description: The Proposed Maydan Mall Includes Separated Retail Shops (1-2 Floors) With Parking Area Offering Spaces Serving The Main Retail Shopping Mall, Leisure And Entertainment Areas And Other Related Supporting Uses. The Land Area Is 68,698 Sqm And The Total Approximate Built-Up Area Is 36,270. Consultants Registered With The Committee For The Council For Regulating The Practice Of Engineering Professions Under Grade A And The Consultant Must Have Completed Minimum One Project With A Value Of 10 Million Within Lase 5 Years (Design & Supervision) And Consultant Should Have Professional Indemnity Insurance For Bd 5 Million Are Only Eligible To Participate In This Tender. It Is A Two Envelope Tender (Technical Response Should Not Include Any Prices) Technical Response Will Be Opened First And Only Bids That Pass The Cutoff Point Will Be Evaluated Financially
