Strengthening of technological and institutional capacities of the SHCP 4.1 Strengthening and expansion of the technological infrastructure of the SHCP 4.2 Support platforms for Public Financial Management Information Systems 4.3 Change management and project implementation In accordance with the foregoing, the following actions are generally planned, among others: Contracting of consulting services to support the implementation of an updated Public Financial Management model. Contracting of consulting services to improve the systems for timely recording and improved control over the stages of executing expenses (committed, accrued, payment). Contracting of consulting services to strengthen instruments to monitor performance and evaluation of spending. Contracting of consulting services to review and make the necessary improvements in public debt management. Procurement of consulting services to perform the reengineering and optimization of resource management processes such as payroll, public contracting and asset management at the federal level. Contracting of consulting and non-consulting services to provide information analysis tools to improve decision-making. Contracting of consulting services to carry out the updating and deployment of fiscal transparency platforms. Contracting of consulting and non-consulting services to carry out the updating of the technological architecture that underlies the Public Financial Management System of the SHCP. Contracting of consulting and non-consulting services to carry out Strengthening of Computer Security.
