Quotation Are Invited For Supply, Installation, Configuration, Support And Maintenance Of Citrix Solution Scope Of Work: - Renew Of Citrix Support For 36 Licenses: The Current Citrix Support For The Existing 36 Citrix Enterprise Licenses At Mzec Gis Will Be Expire In Jun 2022. Therefore, Mzec Gis Requires From The Wining Contractor To Renew The Support For Those Licenses For 2 Years And Provide The Required Evidence That The Licenses Has Been Renewed - Local Citrix Support Maintenance For 2 Years: A- Support, Maintenance And Recommendation To Mzec It/Gis Teams Regarding All Citrix Related Apps And Services Whither On Servers, Or VmwareS. B- Citrix Configuration And Performance Review Once Quarterly, And Fix, Correct Or Improve As Per Findings Or Request Of Mzec Gis/It Teams. C- Checking And Reconfiguring Citrix Environment As Needed While Applying New Configuration And Fine Tuning As Needed. D- Re-Configuration And Re-Installation Of Citrix On New Servers As Needed In The Same Current Environment When New Servers Are Needed Or Added To The Farm. This Also Includes Re-Installation On The Same Servers In Case Of Server Failure Or Issues Restoration. E- If Issues Cannot Be Fixed Remotely, The Supplier Is Required To Provide Local Support And Maintenance, Where Client Site Locations Must Be Attended Within 24 Hours. F- A Visit Report Must Be Submitted To Mzec It/Gis Teams After Each Site Visit. G- Knowledge Transfer To Mzec It/Gis Teams (4 Members) On Mzec Site Regarding Citrix Issues And Fixes. - Other Services: A- The Contractor Should To Provide A Swot Analysis Study Of The Current Mazoon Gis Citrix Environment To Keep The Gis Citrix Servers Working In Case Any Issue Occurs On Existing Environment. B- Assist In The Installation, Configuration And Testing Of Gis Apps And Services, Within Citrix Environment.. C- Support And Perform Any Tuning And Additional Configuration As Required By Gis Solutions To Centralize Apps Access And Permissions Along Provision Of Optimal Performance Of The Citrix Servers. Quotation Must Be Addressed To The Procurement Committee Chairman, Bidbid, Marked With The Rfq No., The Description And The Closing Date. Valid Commercial & Municipality Registrations Shall Be Attached With Original Offer. Your Quotation Must Be Valid For (90) Days From The Quotation Date. The Quotation Must Be Duly Signed And Stamped From The Bidder Authorized Person. If The Total Quotation Amount Above (R.O. 20,000) The Bidder Shall Enclose A Bank Guarantee Issued By Any Bank In The Sultanate Of Oman For Value Of (1%) From The Total Quotation Value And Addressed To The Chairperson Of The (Pc), Mazoon Electricity Company. Any Offer Value Above R.O. 20,000 Not Includes (1%) Bid Bond Will Be Rejected.
