Main Lifts In Mazoon Head Office In Bid Bid (Hq 1) Maintenance Services (With Spare Parts) - Examination Of The Installatia Competent Technician And Any Adjustment, Greasing, Oiling, Cleaning, And Replacement Of Parts Necessary To Keep The Lift In Full And Satisfactory Service. - Functioning Checking And Adjustments Of The Drive Unit, Means Of Suspension, Gear Box, Brakes, Traction Sheave And Drum, Hoistway Doors And Guide Rails Of The Elevator Installation. - Greasing And Oiling The Aforementioned Subassemblies To The Extent Appropriate For The Use Made Of The Elevator Installations. - Checking Of The Elevator Installation For Functioning And Damage. - Attend Any Number Of Breakdown /Emergency Calls Within 1 Hours Of Notice. - To Repair Or Replace, As Conditions Warrant, At The Cost Of The Supplier, All/Any Of The Component Parts Of The Installation To Keep It In Satisfactory Working Order. - All Parts And Components Fitted By Supplier Will Be Original Oem Parts.
